To benefit from a refund at theOPENLAKES BELGIQUE, make the request directly via your runner's area on the registration form.

HALF DISTANCE

With cancellation package

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€25).

- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until September 12, 2026.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2027 authorized.

Without cancellation package

- Cancellations possible until August 20, 2026 with a partial refund of 115€.

HALF DISTANCE RELAIS

- Cancellation is not possible.

Change of partner authorized. The change in team composition must be submitted via registration before September 8, 2026.

With cancellation package

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (15€).

- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until September 12, 2026.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2027 authorized.

Changes made on the day of the event are subject to an additional fee, the amount of which will depend on the chosen distance.

The purchased options (e.g., day insurance/license, cancellation insurance, T-shirt, wetsuit rental, etc.) are neither refundable nor transferable in the event of a bib transfer. Only the bib itself may be transferred to the designated beneficiary.
