Cancellation policy

To benefit from a refund at theOPENLAKES BELGIQUE, make the request directly via your runner's area on the registration form.

HALF DISTANCE

With cancellation package

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€25).

- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until September 12, 2025.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2026 authorized.

Without cancellation package

- Cancellations possible until August 20, 2025 with partial refund of 80€.

 

HALF DISTANCE RELAIS

- Cancellation is not possible.

Change of partner authorized. The change in team composition must be submitted via registration before September 8, 2025.

 

OLYMPIC DISTANCE

With cancellation package

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (15€).

- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until September 12, 2025.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2026 authorized.

Without cancellation package

- Cancellations possible until August 20, 2025 with a partial refund of €40.

 

PROMO DISTANCE

With cancellation package

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (10€).

- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until September 12, 2025.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2026 authorized.

Without cancellation package

- Cancellation possible until August 20, 2025 with partial refund of €20.
