FULL DISTANCE 

With cancellation pack

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€40).

- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until 13 June 2025.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2026 authorised.

Without cancellation pack

- Cancellation possible until 21 May 2025 with a partial refund of 145 euros

 

FULL DISTANCE RELAIS 

- Cancellation is not possible.

o Authorised change of partner. The change in team composition must be submitted via the registration form before 9 June 2025.

 

HALF DISTANCE 

With cancellation pack

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€25).

· Annulering en terugbetaling van 100% van het inschrijfgeld (exclusief administratiekosten) is mogelijk tot 13 juni 2025.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2026 authorised.

Without cancellation pack

- Cancellations possible until 21 May 2025 with a partial refund of €80.

 

HALF DISTANCE RELAIS 

- Cancellation is not possible.

OLYMPIC DISTANCE
