FULL DISTANCE 

With cancellation pack

- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€40).

- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until June 13, 2026.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

- No postponement to 2027 authorised.

· Un transfert d'inscription vers un autre participant est possible jusqu'à la veille de la course, soit le 19 juin 2026, et sera facturé 25€.

Without cancellation pack

· Annulation possible jusqu’au 20 mai 2026 avec remboursement partiel de 162€ 

 · Transfert d'inscription vers un autre participant possible jusqu'à la veille de l'évènement, soit le 19 juin 2026 et sera facturé 25€

· Un report à l'édition 2027 n'est pas possible.

- Cancellation is not possible.

o Changement de partenaire autorisé. La modification de la composition de l’équipe devra être introduite via son inscription avant la veille de l'évènement, soit le 19 juin 2026, sans frais.

 

HALF DISTANCE

· Un report à l'édition 2027 n'est pas possible.

 

HALF DISTANCE RELAIS 

- Cancellation is not possible.

o Authorised change of partner. The change in team composition must be submitted via the registration form before June 9, 2026.

· Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until June 13, 2026.

- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.

Location de combinaison de natation

En cas d'annulation de la natation ou si le port de la combinaison est interdit, voici le remboursement appliqué :

- Si vous avez souscrit à l'assurance annulation : Remboursement à 100%

- Si vous n'avez pas souscrit à l'assurance annulation : Remboursement à 75%
