Registrations
General information
- The start will be from the banks of the Plate Taille Welcome Center at Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure.
- Bikes and equipment may only be deposited in the transition park between 11:00 and 12:15 on race day.
- DISTANCES : 1900m – 92km – 21km
- Minimum age: 18 during the current year.
CUT OFF
- Swimming: 1:10
- Swim + bike : 6:30
- Swim + bike + run: 8:00
Swimming - 1900m
- Departure from the banks of the Centre d'Accueil de la Plate Taille.
- A 1900m tour.
- Wetsuits are allowed if the temperature is below 24.5°C and are mandatory below 16°C.
- The maximum time is 1:10
Authorized training only on Friday from 14:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00.
Bike - 92km
- NON-DRAFTING event
- 2 rounds of 46km around the Lakes of Eau d'Heure and Falemprise.
- Course with relief including 450m of positive difference in altitude per lap.
- Bike route closed to traffic.
- 2 feedings/lap HIGH5
- The maximum time is 6:30 (Swim + Bike)
Running - 21km
- 3 laps of 7km mostly along the Plate Taille lake.
- Course including 40m of positive difference in altitude per loop.
- The course is 100% asphalt.
- 3 refuelling stations / lap
- The maximum time is 8:00 (Swim + Bike + Run).
- Deadline for starting the last lap of the run: 7.45pm
Collection of race numbers
- The withdrawal of the number can only be done by the athlete himself.
- At the time of collection of the number, the athlete MUST be in the presence of his identity card.
- At the time of registration, the non-licensed athletes will have checked the one-day license (additional registration cost varying according to the distance). If not, the amount will be claimed at the time of withdrawal of the number.
- You need to know your bib number: check your bib number on the registration list before picking yours up.
- For the RELAY teams: the 3 members of the team will have to go to the secretariat to collect their number.
Prizes
Prize money for the first 5 men and women in the general ranking
The athletes awarded are as follows:
- the first 5 women of the scratch ranking
- the first 5 men of the scratch ranking
- the first 3 men and women in each category
- HALF - RELAY: the first MEN team, the first WOMEN team and the first MIXED team
Awards for the podiums of each category HALF :
- Juniors (18-19ans)
- Espoirs (20–23 ans)
- Seniors (24-39 ans)
- Masters A (40-49 ans)
- Masters B (50-59 ans)
- Masters C (+60 ans)
- Masters D (+70 ans)
NOTE: Athletes who do not attend the awards ceremony will not be eligible for their awards and/or prizes.
HALF distance RELAY
The start will be at the same time as the Half Solo from the banks of the Plate Taille Welcome Center at Eau d'Heure Lakes.
PRINCIPLE OF THE RELAY
- The relay team is composed of two or three athletes.
- During the relay race each athlete of the team must perform at least one complete discipline: Swimming, Cycling, or Running.
- In case of a team of two athletes, one athlete of the team will have to complete two disciplines.
- DISTANCES : 1900m – 92km – 21km
- Minimum age: 18 during the current year.
- The 3 members of the team MUST present themselves to the secretariat to collect their number.
- Lors du retrait de dossard, les athlètes non licenciés devront montrer leur carte d’identité.
- Licensed athletes must present their identity card and a valid license from an international triathlon federation.
THE RELAY IN PRACTICE
- The "relay" MUST be done IN the transition park at the location assigned for the team.
- Only teammates passing the "relay" are allowed to be in the transition area.
- The electronic chip acts as a "relay" and must be placed consecutively on the LEFT ankle of each runner.
