Registrations
General information
- The start will be given from the banks of the Centre d'Accueil de la Plate Taille at Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure.
- IMPORTANT: All bikes are allowed (racing bikes, mountain bikes, electric bikes), provided they comply with safety standards (brakes, tires, helmets, etc.). Bikes and equipment may only be deposited in the transition park between 7:00 and 8:15 a.m. on race day.
- DISTANCES : 200m – 15km – 3km
- Minimum age: 16 during the current year.
- When picking up their number, athletes must present their identity card.
CUT OFF
No time limit to finish the race.
Swimming - 200m
- Funnel departure from the banks of the Plate Taille Welcome Centre
- 1 loop of 200m
- Wetsuits are allowed if the temperature is below 24.5°C.
- Wetsuits are mandatory below 16°C.
- No warm-up in the water is allowed before the start.
- Training allowed only on Friday 20/09 from 14:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00
Bike - 15km
- All bikes are allowed, as long as they meet the safety standards.
- Non-DRAFTING event: the triathlon rules do not allow participants to follow each other during the bike part and impose a 10m gap between the athletes.
- 1 lap of 15km around the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure
- Bike route closed to traffic
The routes are subject to approval by the relevant authorities and may be modified to suit administrative, safety or logistical requirements.
Running - 3km

Collection of race numbers
- The withdrawal of the number can only be done by the athlete himself.
- At the time of collection of the number, the athlete MUST be in the presence of his identity card.
- At the time of registration, the non-licensed athletes will have checked the one-day license (additional registration cost varying according to the distance). If not, the amount will be claimed at the time of withdrawal of the number.
- You need to know your bib number: check your bib number on the registration list before picking yours up.
